PURCHASING A GIFT CARD

  • Acquire ROSA BLVCK e-gift cards directly through this link.
  • The recipient will receive the e-gift card by email, which can be redeemed exclusively at the ROSA BLVCK UK & IRE online stores.
  • E-gift cards are available for purchase with values ranging from a minimum of £10 to a maximum of £200 (or the equivalent amount in local currency), with transactions rounded to the nearest pound.
  • E-gift cards must be purchased and redeemed in the currency they were originally bought. All standard payment methods are accepted for e-gift card purchases, including debit and credit cards as well as Buy Now Pay Later services. It is important to note that ROSA BLVCK Gift Cards cannot be bought using PayPal.
  • The use of promotional or discount codes is not permitted for the purchase of e-gift cards.
  • Payments for purchases on www.rosablvck.com are processed by third-party providers, Stripe or PayPal, and will appear on your bank statement as "ROSA BLVCK."
  • ROSA BLVCK cannot be held accountable for any losses incurred if an e-gift card is sent to an incorrect email address due to mistakes made by you when placing your order. Please ensure accuracy when filling out your order details.

RECEIVING A GIFT CARD

  • Following the approval of your order by ROSA BLVCK and the successful clearance of your payment for the total value of the e-gift card, it will be sent to the email address you provided as the recipient's during your order completion. Ensure that the email address designated for delivery is that of the individual you wish to gift the e-gift card to.
  • Assuming your payment is processed, the e-gift card will be emailed to the specified recipient's address on the delivery date you selected at the time of your order. You must choose a delivery date within 3 months from your order date. Specifying a delivery date and time for the e-gift card is required. Should your payment not be processed by your chosen delivery date, the e-gift card will be sent out once the payment is completed.
  • ROSA BLVCK is not liable for any losses incurred if an e-gift card is sent to an incorrect email due to mistakes you make in your order details. It is crucial to double-check and ensure accuracy when providing order information.

REDEEMING A GIFT CARD

  • Redeeming your gift card is a simple and straightforward process. Just click the link found within your e-gift card email. This link directs you to either log into your existing Rosa Blvck account or create a new one if you're not already a Rosa Blvck member. It's important to note that e-gift cards can only be utilised through the Rosa Blvck account linked to the email address where the e-gift card was received.
  • After logging in, the gift card's value is automatically credited to your account balance. You can view this balance on your account page or at checkout when logged in. Your account balance can be combined with other payment methods for purchases.
  • Should you possess multiple Rosa Blvck accounts, we're unable to consolidate or transfer any account credits between them.
  • E-gift cards are exclusively for online purchases within the same country and currency as their purchase. Any transactions made with your e-gift card, whether by you or someone else, are subject to our website's Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
  • Unspent e-gift card balances will remain credited to your account, with no expiration on your account credit.
  • Your e-gift card can contribute to the purchase of items priced above your e-gift card balance, provided the transaction's remainder is covered using one of our accepted payment methods.

EXPIRY

  • Rosa Blvck gift cards come without expiry or activation deadlines.

CHECKING YOUR GIFT CARD BALANCE

  • You can view your gift card balance in your account, where all gift cards are credited for future purchases. This balance will also be visible at checkout when logged in.

RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD

  • If an item bought with an e-gift card is returned and qualifies for a refund under our general website Terms and Conditions, any refund owed will be added to your account balance (for amounts initially paid through your e-gift card) or refunded through the other payment method used (for amounts paid through methods other than the e-gift card).
  • If you haven't received your refund credit, please reach out to our customer service team here.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE GIFT CARD?

  • If the gift card hasn't arrived, check your junk folder first. No luck? Please contact us here.
  • If you've sent a gift card as a surprise and haven't heard back within a few days, please verify the recipient's email address for accuracy. If everything looks correct, encourage the recipient to check their account.
  • Rosa Blvck is not liable for e-gift cards that are corrupted, deleted, or used without permission. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any e-gift card suspected of duplication or fraud.
  • We're not responsible for delivery failures due to the recipient's spam filters, firewalls, mailbox capacity, or other factors beyond our control.

CHANGED YOUR MIND ABOUT THE GIFT CARD?

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, or transferred for value. If you've entered the wrong sender's email address, please contact our customer service team here.
  • Gift Cards cannot be refunded once activated by the recipient. However, you can cancel your e-gift card within 14 days of its receipt by providing written notice of cancellation to our customer services team here. If you cancel, we will refund the e-gift card amount to the original payment method within 30 days. Cancellation is not possible for e-gift cards that have been redeemed.
