Easy Returns within 14 Days

We want you to love what you've ordered from ROSA BLVCK. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions outlined in our returns policy below.

Returns Policy

Return Window: All orders can be returned up to 14 days after the date you physically receive the product. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note, we cannot offer refunds on beauty products, pierced jewellery, or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. This does not apply to defective or incorrect items received. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.

How to Return

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@rosablvck.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

Ship It Back: Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure that the package is sent within the 14-day return window.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
